Description
The stainless steel nozzle thermal end component with a special one-piece design is only suitable for Bambu Lab 3D printers. To achieve better performance, the nozzle is integrated into the heating block and connected to the radiator through fine metal tubes. With this design, the heating speed of the hot end is much faster than that of ordinary hot ends, and the one-piece design effectively reduces the problems that may occur when replacing nozzles. The heat sink uses high-conductivity aluminum alloy, while the throat uses TC4 titanium alloy. The nozzle is made of copper alloy and stainless steel, which ensures hardness while allowing large-flow printing.
Warm Tips:
1. The 0.2mm nozzle is mainly used for printing models with high details. Due to its small size, it is not suitable for printing filled materials or fiber materials (such as marble materials, and carbon fiber materials), otherwise, there is a risk of clogging.
2. If you need to assemble a complete hot end with a stainless steel nozzle, you also need to purchase: a ceramic heater, thermistor, and cooling fan. Or you can directly buy a complete set of hot ends with stainless steel nozzles.
